These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of shophomebloom.com and purchases from HomeBloom. HomeBloom is operated by Beijing Xinchi Zhiyuan Technology Co., Ltd. (“HomeBloom,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked below.

Eligibility and account information

You must be legally able to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete order and account information and for protecting your account credentials. You may not use the site for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.

Order submission and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated order confirmation only acknowledges that we received the order; it does not mean that we accepted it. Each item is accepted when it is shipped. Before shipment, we may reject, limit, place on hold for review, or cancel an order.

Risk review, verification, and cancellation

We may review, verify, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, stolen or unauthorized payment, chargeback risk, mismatched or unverifiable payment, billing, shipping, or contact information, duplicate or test orders, unusual quantities, suspected resale, promotion abuse, prior abusive refund, return, or chargeback activity, stock limitations, unsupported delivery destinations, obvious pricing or listing errors, sanctions or legal restrictions, payment-provider requirements, or another material risk to HomeBloom, our service providers, or customers.

We may request information reasonably needed to verify an order. If the requested information is not provided within the stated time, we may cancel the order. If we cancel a paid order before fulfilling it, we will return the amount actually received for the affected unfulfilled item through the original payment channel. We do not reimburse exchange-rate differences or third-party charges that we did not receive, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Products, prices, and availability

We aim to present product descriptions, dimensions, images, prices, and availability accurately. Screen settings, production batches, and measurement methods can cause reasonable variations. We may correct site information or prospective pricing at any time. If a material error affects an unshipped order, we may correct the information, request confirmation, or cancel and refund the affected item. We will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement.

Payment

You authorize the selected payment provider to charge the total displayed at checkout. Payment may be subject to provider review and approval. A payment authorization or charge does not by itself mean that we accepted the order.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Our Shipping Policy governs processing, delivery areas, address restrictions, and delivery issues. Our Returns & Refunds Policy governs eligible claims, authorized returns, remedies, and refunds. Both policies form part of these Terms.

Acceptable use

You may not interfere with the site, introduce malicious code, access it through unauthorized automated means, impersonate another person, violate intellectual property or privacy rights, misuse promotions, attempt fraudulent transactions, or use the services in a way that violates applicable law or harms HomeBloom, our providers, or other users.

Intellectual property

The site and its original branding, text, graphics, content, and arrangement are owned by or licensed to HomeBloom and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unless we provide written permission, you may use the site only for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes.

Third-party services and links

The site uses third-party services such as Shopify, payment providers, carriers, fulfillment providers, and analytics or advertising providers. Their services and external websites may be governed by their own terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for third-party services or websites outside our reasonable control.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not exclude any warranty, remedy, or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. To the fullest extent permitted by law, HomeBloom is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the site or a purchase. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot legally be limited.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to reimburse HomeBloom for reasonable losses arising from your unlawful misuse of the site, fraud, or material breach of these Terms.

Suspension, termination, and severability

We may suspend or terminate access for unlawful use, fraud, abuse, or material breach. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections that apply under the law of their place of residence. A dispute should first be submitted through the process described on our Contact Us page.

Changes

We may update these Terms for future use of the site to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. The revised version will be posted here with an updated date. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.
